Fern Ave community garden with Emily.
Emily is a bubbly lady and a loyal friend of mine. When I asked her to help me out and model for a photoshoot she was keen to help but a little nervous. She was worried about not being a professional model.
Honestly the best photos are of real people, doing real things in their lives. Having a laugh, helping a friend and spending some time, outdoors, in a colourful community garden. That is a recipe for amazing photos.
Her one request, " you better watch out for any double chins Paige!" . With that request in mind, we headed to the garden, where we met amazing people growing their own food and spending some time with local friends while appreciating the joys and bounty of nature.
Emily was happy with her photos and the magazine had some lovely colour for their story, no professional model required. Just a good friend, some capsicums, and a little winter sunshine. Not a double chin in sight, request granted!

Check out these fab photos of Emily below and just know you don't need to be a 'professional model' to get some nice photos for your personal/business branding, or just to challenge yourself to do something for your self-confidence.
Snap, snap Paige xx
